A small site for the obvious questions.
Super-ted is a personal site of essays — mostly grouped into series like Why is that? — about the things people are quietly told not to ask out loud.
The format is simple: take a claim that gets repeated as obvious, and check whether the source actually says what we say it says. Sometimes it does. Often, a careful read shows the claim came from somewhere else — a tradition, a translation, a single influential book — and got promoted to "obvious" without anyone noticing.
What this is not
This is not a deconstruction blog, an apologetics site, a take-down operation, or a quiet pitch for a tribe. It is a place to ask where exactly does it say that? and follow the answer wherever it goes.
Who it's for
People who like to think. People who don't mind being wrong. People who would rather hold a smaller, truer picture than a bigger, fuzzier one.
